You will receive an email with your tracking number when your package is in transit. You may not change the shipping address once your order is in transit. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, damaged, or tampered packages. Standard Domestic Shipping packages require a signature upon receipt. If no one is available to sign, the package will be available for pick up from your local post office for up to five days.

Your order may be rushed shipped, at market cost. Please leave a note during checkout if you wish to rush your order. You will be invoiced for the shipping amount.
Items may be shipped separately based on availability at no additional cost to you.
International Shipping Policy
All orders with intended international destination locations under $199 must cover all shipping and customs fees. We consider mainland United States domestic. Any order that does not contain backorder items may be rushed shipped at the market cost of rush shipping.

You will receive an email when your order is in route to the destination and another email once the delivery has been made.
Deliveries are scheduled immediately following order confirmation and are delivered based on location (Closest to distribution center in 60607 are first).

BALLOON DELIVERIES TO A BUSINESS
Deliveries to office buildings are made in care of the front desk or concierge. The client is responsible for ensuring that personnel completes the delivery or the balloons will be left at the business location with reception when available.
BALLOON DELIVERIES TO A RESIDENCE
Balloons must be accepted in person and will not be left at the entrance unattended. The local dispatcher will call the residence and arrange a delivery time to ensure that someone will be at the residence to accept the order. This call will be made the morning of the scheduled delivery date or the day prior to delivery. If the call is made on the scheduled delivery date and the recipient is unavailable to accept the call, the order may arrive later than the posted deadline. The arrival time will be contingent on when the recipient returns the dispatcher's call.
BALLOON DELIVERIES TO A HOSPITAL
Please contact the hospital prior to delivery to ensure that balloons are permitted for the patient and to ensure that the patient is still a hospital guest. We will deliver to the room if allowed or drop off at hospital advised location onsite.
BALLOON DELIVERIES TO A HOTEL
Deliveries to hotel guests are made in care of the front desk, bell desk, or concierge. The client is responsible for ensuring that the hotel completes the delivery.
BALLOON DELIVERIES TO A SCHOOL
Not all schools permit balloon deliveries to students. Those that do require that the delivery be made to the main office. The client is responsible for ensuring that the school office contacts the recipient to pick up the balloons.
UNAVAILABLE RECIPIENTS
If the recipient or reception is unavailable when we arriveor if the delivery is refused: We are not responsible for missing the anticipated delivery time and will contact the client to reschedule delivery at our convenience.Our objects are handmade with special attention to detail. Each object is unique and different from each other which means you may come across some mild imperfections. Nonetheless, all of our products and materials go through extensive quality control to ensure that you always receive quality objects.

We will happily accept items in exchange for store credit in the form of a gift card.
We will cover the cost of returning the order to the store. Please email us at info@ombretowne.com and include a clear photo of the item(s) for instructions on obtaining a return label within 24 hours of the order arriving to the destination address.
Orders that have not yet been shipped may be canceled and refunded.
We are not responsible for items that are lost, delayed, stolen, damaged, or tampered with during transit per our Shipping Policy. You may email info@ombretowne.com to cancel your order if it has not yet shipped.
Gift Card purchases are non-refundable.
We take chargebacks very seriously. To protect our small business from potentially devastating fraud: The customer, their shipping address, their billing address, and their VPN will be blocked from future purchasing. Additionally, a dispute with our banking institution will be claimed. If necessary, legal action will be taken.
