CONCEPTUALIZE

Our team will brainstorm ideas for the theme, venue, activities, and any special guests or speakers. We'll then create a detailed timeline with deadlines for tasks such as booking vendors, sending invitations, and promoting the event.

CONTRACT

After agreeing to a project scope: We will detail the specific deliverables of the event, including all pertinent deadlines. The contract will also include clauses addressing payment terms, confidentiality, dispute resolution, and termination conditions.

CONSTRUCT

During this phase we work through our checklist of tasks, including sending out invitations, arranging for catering and entertainment, and decorating the space. On the event day: We will ensure that everything is set up and ready to go before guests arrive.

Important Note
The submission form must be completed on a computer desktop
