The initial burn is the most important! Remove all packaging before lighting. the wax has “memory” and can tunnel if you let it burn for very short intervals. trim wick to ¼ inch at each use. Your candle is finished when there is a small amount of wax left (approx. ½ inch).

 

Store candles in a cool, dry place to avoid color fading, melting or cracking. Keep candles out of direct sunlight to prevent fading and warping.

 

Use candles at your own risk! ombré + towne is not liable for incident as a result of candle use. Keep out of reach from animals and small children. Always place candles on a flat, level, heat resistant surface away from drafts and combustibles.

If no one is available to sign, the package will be available for pick up from your local post office for up to five days.

 

Unopened packages that are returned to sender may be reshipped, at the cost of shipping (to be invoiced)
